hi love! ♡ welcome to our official booking site! if you’re looking for a more personalized + comfortable waxing experience, you’ve came to the right place ;-) here at STUDIO RIEL, our top priority is ensuring that each guest feels taken care of. we heavily emphasize the importance of aftercare to our clients post wax, that way you leave our safe space feeling smooth, educated + ready to book your next appointment! we truly love + appreciate all the beautiful faces we’ve seen and have YET to see. thank you for taking the time to browse, pretty girl. we hope to see you in the studio soon! with love, your friendly neighborhood wax gal rox things to keep in mind: + we accept cash only (exact amounts) with a card on file to secure your appointment! it will only be charged to cover any late cancellation/no-show fees + we do not wax men for any service categorized under “intimate waxing” + questions? text us. concerns? text us. help? text us. text us for ANYTHING and EVERYTHING wax related! but compliments… tell us in person ;-* + please NO extra guests unless approved prior! + waxing is a JOURNEY and you may not have the cleanest results in the beginning. so get ready to commit and eventually… with some consistency and the right waxer (aka us), you’ll feel the SMOOTHEST you’ve EVER been in your life!
CANCELLATION POLICY
STUDIO RIEL. charges 50% for canceled/rescheduled appointments due to late arrival, 50% for appointments canceled/rescheduled/unconfirmed within 48hrs and 100% for ANY appointments canceled or re-scheduled within 24hrs of the appointment time — this includes no shows. it is the guest’s responsibility to have a valid card on file to process any fees incurred. inability to complete payment will result in blacklisting the client from future bookings until payment is made. this policy does not apply if appointment is canceled/re-scheduled by the esthetician. *all guests are allowed to waive these fees ONCE!
